Back in 2016, while working for a traffic control company in Colorado, we were constantly replacing broken sandbags used to secure road construction signs. We even had to get creative with other makeshift weights. That frustration sparked an idea.

After years of research, hard work, and support from family and friends, I was proud to receive my patent on February 21, 2023—and just before Christmas, I received my very first production unit!

The Stand Box is made from 96% compressed recycled rubber (4% compound), weighs 30 pounds, and is built to be extremely durable. It features a solid handle for easy transport and is designed to fit securely over the feet of temporary road construction signs and temporary fencing, using the built-in channels on the bottom. It’s also stackable, with interlocking knobs on top and holes on the bottom for stability.

Beyond traffic control, The Stand Box is incredibly versatile. It can be used as ballast for EZ-Up tents (placed upright), patio furniture, tarps, and plastic coverings. It can also anchor boats, serve as tire chocks, create temporary steps, and much more.

As a United States Marine Corps veteran, I am highly motivated to grow this company and serve industries such as traffic control, port authorities, the U.S. military, departments of transportation, chemical and gas plants, and many others world wide!
